This is the governing body of the Association, with the National Executive being elected every three years at a Triennial National Reunion / AGM /Conference held in all States by rotation. The National Executive comprises:
- National President;
- National Vice Presidents (3);
- National Secretary;
- Assistant National Secretary;
- National Treasurer, and
- National Membership Registrar
The White Ensign Management Committee is appointed by the National Council and comprises a Chairman, Editor, Advertising Manager, Secretary and Treasurer and includes Distribution and Committee members.
A HMAS SYDNEY II Portal exists to manage the HMAS SYDNEY II Memorial website and associated activities including participation in the planning and ongoing management of the national HMAS SYDNEY II Memorial at Geraldton, WA. The portal is manned by volunteers including the former IT Manager of the Finding Sydney Foundation and the former Chairman and the CEO. All former directors voluntarily give their time to assist in the on-going development of HMAS SYDNEY II related matters.
