The ‘Main Notice Board’ (attached to the NAA website) is not an ‘open – advertising’ forum for the world-at-large.    

Placing advertisements is expressly forbidden, persons seeking to place links to other sites should contact the Webmaster 

Items that do not comply with these conditions will be removed without notice.                                                

Disregard for normal polite discussion conventions may result in the person being barred from accessing the Main Notice Board and its forums and/or this website. 

Use of foul language is forbidden.                                                                 

Users of the Main Notice Board are cautioned regarding the disclosure of potentially dangerous personal information regarding themselves that may leave them vulnerable to others who may prey upon them.                                                        

The Webmaster and the moderators are authorised to immediately remove ‘personal’ postings and exclude the person (for that persons’ own protection) who has posted this type of information from accessing the Main Notice Board .  Should moderators take this action they are to immediately report the matter to the Webmaster and should keep copies of the offending postings for reference should they be needed.    

Cryptic postings are not permitted.                   

Members accessing the ‘Main Notice Board’ are required to ‘log in’.
