RECEPTION FOR VISITING US AMBASSADOR AT LAUNCESTON TASMANIA - 22 SEPTEMBER 2008.

On the 22nd September 2008 At Launceston City Town Hall a Reception by Mayor Albert van Zetten for visiting U.S. Ambassador to Australia Mr. Robert McCallum Jr. to Tasmania.

Ambassador McCullum first presented his credentials on the 23rd August 2006. This is the Ambassador's second visit to Tasmania with his wife Mimi. This time taking a more leisurely look and visiting numerous spots from North and South of the Island including Smithton, Cradle Mountain, Stanley, Vineyards, Cheese and Manufacturing plants etc. Ambassador McCullum departs the Stage Thursday 25th September 2008.
